McDonald's app downloads fluctuated, beginning at approximately 120K in the last week of December 2020 and then slightly decreasing to about 91K in the first week of January 2021. The trend continued with minor ups and downs, peaking at around 114K in mid-February before settling at about 113K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed an upward trend, starting at 1.48M and growing to 1.8M towards the end of March, with a brief dip to 1.64M in late March.
Starbucks experienced a decline in app downloads from roughly 75K at the end of December to about 60K at the start of January.
